The invention relates to water-soluble pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one therapeutically active substance and at least one compound selected from among sialoglycosphingolipids, glycosphingolipids or a mixture of sialoglycosphingolipids and glycosphingolipids, in which at least one of the therapeutically active substances is a drug with hydrophobic characteristics. In particular, the invention relates to injectable sterile compositions formed by nanomicelles of glycosphingolipids or modified glycosphingolipids, which can be non-covalently coated with albumin and which allow the delivery and controlled release of highly hydrophobic molecules.Se revelan composiciones farmacéuticas solubles en agua, que comprenden al menos una sustancia terapéuticamente activa y al menos un compuesto seleccionado entre los sialoglicoesfingolípidos , los glicoesfingolípidos o una mezcla de sialoglicoesfingolípidos y glicoesfingolípidos, en donde al menos una de las sustancias terapéuticamente activas es una droga de características hidrofóbicas. En particular, se revelan composiciones, inyectables y estériles, formadas por nano-micelas de glicoesfingolípidos o glicoesfingolípidos modificados, las cuales pueden estar cubiertas en forma no covalente con albúmina y que permiten el transporte y la liberación controlada de moléculas altamente hidrofóbicas.
