PURPOSE: A method and a device for calculating the staying stock of fish using the underwater cinematography are provided to measure the standing stock of fishes within an artificial fish reef and to understand the precise properties of fishes which live in the artificial fish reef. CONSTITUTION: A device for calculating the staying stock of fish using the underwater cinematography includes: a main ship(10) which is anchored to the top of an artificial fish reef； a plurality of underwater cameras(20) which are installed in a regular interval from the bottom surface of the fish reef to the top surface； a plurality of distance marking flags(30) which indicate the camera irradiation distance and are installed in the front part of the underwater camera in the artificial fishes reef； a plurality of lighting devices(40) which are installed at the artificial fish reef to light the camera irradiation area； a multi-channel control box which controls a plurality of underwater cameras in the state of being installed in the main ship and is connected to the cameras and cables； a monitor which observes the images of underwater camera, is installed in the main ship and connected to the control box and cable； and a video recorder which stores the images filmed by the underwater camera and is connected to the monitor using the cables.본 발명은 수중카메라를 이용하여 수중에 설치된 인공어초에 서식하는 어류의 현존량을 산출하기 위한 것으로, 수중카메라에 의해 어류의 파악이 가능하여 낚시의 크기나 미끼, 그물의 크기에 따른 제안을 받지 않는 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 인공어초에 다단으로 설치되는 다수의 수중카메라에 의해 어류의 촬영이 가능하고, 거리표시깃발과 카메라의 화각 및 조사거리에 의해 조사체적의 계산이 가능하여, 1대의 카메라에 촬영된 어류의 어종 및 수량의 파악이 모니터링 및 평균치의 산출이 가능하므로, 이를 미리 계산된 인공어초의 체적에 적용시켜 인공어초 전체체적에 서식하는 어류의 시간대나 물때에 따른 어종 및 현존량의 산출이 가능한 것으로, 인공어초 전체에 서식하는 어류의 현존량, 행동관찰, 위집상태, 행동특성의 정확한 파악이 가능한 것으로,상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 수단으로는, 어획을 목적으로 어류의 서식을 유도하기위해 수중에 설치되는 인공어초에 있어서,상기 인공어초의 상부로 수상에 정박된 메인선박；상기 인공어초의 바닥면으로부터 상부면에 이르게 등간격으로 설치하되, 각단에는 동일한 갯수가 설치되는 다수의 수중카메라；상기 인공어초 내에서 각각의 수중카메라의 전방에 설치되어, 카메라 조사 거리를 표시하는 다수의 거리표시깃발；상기 수중카메라의 조사부위를 밝히기 위해 인공어초에 설치
