SOLUTION: The perimeter 50 capable of measuring the visual field of the subject by presenting a visual target 19 at a prescribed time interval inside a visual field dome 18 comprises: a means for presenting the visual target for two or more times for the subject in an initial presentation operation and computing subject response time Tt from the time after the visual target is presented until the visual target is recognized a means for computing and generating a random time value Tr a means for computing the presentation interval Te of the visual target 19 in a main measurement operation on the basis of the computed and generated random time value Tr and the computed subject response time Tt and a means for presenting the visual target to the subject at the computed presentation interval of the visual target and executing the main measurement operation of the visual field to the subject. In the main measurement operation, the presentation interval of the visual target can be changed at random for the respective subjects.
