PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition to be used for forming a gas barrier layer of a cylindrical member or the like for pouring in and out of a liquid chemical, to provide a cylindrical member for pouring in and out of a liquid chemical, the member easily manufactured by using the above resin composition, and to provide a liquid chemical container having the cylindrical member for pouring in and out of a liquid chemical.SOLUTION: A gas barrier layer 7 of a cylindrical member 1 for pouring in and out of a liquid chemical is formed from a gas barrier resin composition containing a polyamide resin, an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and an adhesive polyolefin and containing with respect to the total amount of the above components, the polyamide resin by 10 to 55 wt.%, the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer by 35 to 85 wt.%, and the adhesive polyolefin by 5 to 45 wt.%.
