The invention relates to ground vehicles for the transport of disabled people and others. Persons with disabilities in stages, mainly flights of stairs, to the mobile stair lifts ( "stupenkohodam"), rehabilitation facilities and evacuation of high-rise buildings and structures. The technical result is to further improve the technical and economic performance and (consumer) characteristics of the vehicle for persons with disabilities.
