PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors forceps with excellent performance of biological tissue shearing, and to provide a treatment tool for endoscope including the scissors forceps.SOLUTION: The scissors forceps 14 includes: a base part 30 fixed to the distal end of an operation tube a rotary shaft 32 set on the base part 30 a pair of blades 34, 36 pivotally supported by the rotary shaft 32 and relatively freely opened and closed links 50, 52 which are set on the pair of blades 34, 36, and whose one end sides are rotatably connected to the proximal end parts of the blades 34, 36 and the other end sides are rotatably connected to the distal end part of a wire, to open/close the pair of blades 34, 36 by rotating the blades 34. 36 with the rotary shaft as a center while one end sides come into contact with or are separated from the axial line of the wire according to the operation of the advancing and retracting of the wire and a taper structure set on the proximal end side from the rotary shaft 32 to generate force to energize the blade faces of both blades in the abutting direction thereof when closing the pair of blades 34, 36.
