PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily adjust an amount of movement of operation means for driving a treatment tool.SOLUTION: A medical treatment device includes a long cylindrical flexible sheath 2, an operation wire 7 that penetrates the flexible sheath 2, a treatment tool 4 including a pair of scissor pieces 4A and 4B attached to a tip side of the operation wire 7, and an operation part 5 for controlling the opening and closing of the scissor pieces 4A and 4B by pulling the operation wire 7 to the base end side and pushing it out to the tip side.
