The present invention relates to a microbial agent for preventing root rot pathogens of ginseng, containing a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain. According to the present invention, the microbial agent for preventing root rot pathogens of ginseng comprises Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GR4-5 strain KACC91825P having antagonism against root rot pathogens of ginseng or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient. The microbial agent containing the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GR4-5 strain KACC91825P or the culture medium thereof has excellent antagonism against root rot pathogens of ginseng, and has no environmental pollution and human toxicity, thereby being used as an eco-friendly microbial pesticide for preventing root rot pathogens of ginseng.본 발명은 바실러스 아밀로리퀴파시엔스 균주를 포함하는 인삼의 뿌리썩음병원균 방제용 미생물제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 인삼의 뿌리썩음병원균 방제용 미생물제제는 인삼의 뿌리썩음병원균에 대하여 길항 작용을 갖는 바실러스 아밀로리퀴파시엔스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) GR4-5 균주 KACC91825P 또는 이의 배양액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 것이 특징이다.본 발명의 바실러스 아밀로리퀴파시엔스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) GR4-5 균주 KACC91825P 또는 그 배양액을 함유하는 미생물제제는 인삼뿌리썩음병원균에 대하여 우수한 길항능력을 갖고 있으며 환경공해와 인체독성이 없어 환경 친화적인 인삼뿌리썩음병 방제용 미생물 농약으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
