One embodiment of the present invention relates to a probiotic composition for improving a cattle barn environment comprising a culture fluid of a bacterial strain, KBNP-BS3 (Bacillus Subtilis KBNP-BS3 KCTC 18446P) which has the deodorizing effect against malodor-causing materials in the cattle barn and the antibacterial effect against pathogenic microorganisms. Accordingly, the present invention provides a probiotic composition for improving a cattle barn environment having superior deodorizing effect against malodor-causing materials in the cattle barn, a broad antibacterial spectrum against harmful bacteria, and superior antibacterial strength, which can be used to efficiently improve the cattle barn environment, enhance immunity in cattle, and improve cattle productivity.
