The present invention addresses the problem of providing a production method for an easy-to-take solid preparation and an easy-to-take solid preparation or the like which are mainly characterized in that a dry process is used to simply form an outer layer for facilitating taking of the solid preparation, without the outer layer undergoing a wet state, and thickness is imparted to the formed outer layer. The present invention relates to a dry-process production method for an easy-to-take solid preparation which includes separately or simultaneously loading inner core tablets, and subsequently compression moulding said inner core tablets with a powder which is provided to a mortar inner surface, an upper-pestle lower end surface, and a lower-pestle upper end surface, and which comprises an outer layer-forming agent including a gelling agent exhibiting slipperiness when brought into contact with water, said method wherein the inner core tablets are coated with the compression-moulded outer layer-forming agent.
