Die Erfindung betrifft pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen, welche den Wirkstoff Aliskiren enthalten und zur Herstellung von Tabletten trockene Verpressung geeignet sind, sodass auf eine vorhergehende Naßgranulierung verzichtet werden kann. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung Tabletten, welche durch trockene Verpressung dieser pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzungen erhältlich sind sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Tabletten. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung der neuen pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzungen und Tabletten zur Behandlung von Hypertonie und damit assoziierten Erkrankungen.The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions that contain the ingredient Aliskiren and to dry pressing suitable for the manufacture of tablets so that prior wet granulation can be eliminated.
