The present invention provides a rubber tourniquet for increasing elongation formed by a rubber composition. The rubber tourniquet has two opposite surfaces that both have a pattern formed by a fabric. The rubber composition includes 100 parts by weight of isoprene rubber, 50 to 10 parts by weight of inorganic filler, 2 to 5 parts by weight of vulcanizing agent, 5 to 10 parts by weight of organic filler, and 10 to 20 parts by weight of plasticizer. The rubber composition does not include proteins. The rubber composition of the instant disclosure is used instead of natural latex for producing tourniquet, thereby avoiding the allergic reaction that may initiated by proteins in natural latex.
