The manufacturing method is characterised by: a live earthworm being brought into contact with a chloride of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of potassium sodium magnesium and calcium followed by the live earthworm being brought into contact with a hydroxy carboxylic acid powder diluted with water to adjust to a pH of 2 5 and preserved for 3 180 minutes and the live earthworm being washed with water and ground and the obtained ground material being freeze dried.
