A fully automated cardiopulmonary resuscitation apparatus is disclosed. The fully automated cardiopulmonary resuscitation apparatus of the present invention comprises: a supporting board on which a patient lies down; a chest band which is connected to the supporting board to surround the patient chest; a length control part which controls the length of the chest band to fasten or unfasten; a heart sound sensor mounted on the chest band to measure the heart sound; a tension sensor to measure the tension of the chest band; an ECG electrode mounted on the chest band to measure electrocardiogram of a patient; a pressing part mounted on the chest band to press the sternum of a patient; a left electrode pad and right electrode pad mounted on the chest band to deliver an electric shock to the patient; a defibrillator having a defibrillator control part mounted on the supporting board or the pressing part to control the electric shock delivered to the left electrode pad and right electrode pad; a central control part to operate the pressing part when cardiopulmonary arrest is sensed by the heart sound sensor and tension sensor and operate the defibrillator when ventricular fibrillation is sensed by the ECG electrode. According to the present invention, the pressing part and defibrillator for cardiopulmonary resuscitation are both connected to the chest band such that the pressing part does not have to be stopped while using the defibrillator in emergency situations.
