A skin care device according to the present invention comprises: a pressure band made of an elastic material to cover and press the face of a wearer, and including a conductive skin care pad embedded in the inner surface thereof, and attachment means on both end portions to attach and detach the pressure band when worn, wherein the conductive skin care pad stores skin care liquid absorbed therein for being applied on the face of a wearer； a pair of electrode units disposed on the pressure band to be interposed between the pressure band and the conductive skin care pad, in which positive electricity is applied to the conductive skin care pad through one of the electrode units, and negative electricity is applied to the conductive skin care pad through the other electrode unit； a power unit configured to supply power to the electrode units； and a pair of massage members disposed on the pressure band to correspond to positions of lymph nodes below ears of a wearer when wearing the pressure band, and each protruding from an inner side and outer side of the pressure band. Accordingly, the skin care device has effects of simple usage, preventing skin elasticity loss by pressing facial skin, promoting permeation of skin care liquid such as drugs or cosmetics by a simple operation, and washing the face worn with the pressure band, thereby significantly improving skin care effects.
