The first end includes a first coupling portion coupled to the patient interface device. The second end includes a second coupling portion coupled to the conduit. The upper segment and the lower segment together form an air channel extending between the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion. The first end is configured to be substantially disposed on the patients forehead.
