The invention relates to the field of medicine and may be used in emergency medicine and for caring for immobilized patients. A kinetic bed containing a base, a support surface which consists of at least four longitudinal sections and which is connected to the base by means of mechanisms for rotating the support surface relative to a longitudinal central axis, and mechanisms for changing the planar position of the support surface. Each of the sections of the support surface is connected to a neighboring section with the ability to rotate longitudinally relative to one another, and contains at least one drive device for rotating same. The central sections of the support surface are made two-tiered, the top tier of each containing at least three transverse portions capable of being shifted longitudinally and raised/lowered transversely. The technical result achieved with the aid of the claimed device consists in enhancing the effectiveness and safety of kinetic therapy without strenuous physical effort by medical personnel and with the ability to shift a patient to a sitting position.Linvention concerne le domaine de la médecine humaine et peut être utilisée en science de la réanimation et dans les soins aux malades immobilisés.
