PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding mower preventing the occlusion of turf grass at the inside of a duct for conveying the grass so as to make its maintenance easy.
SOLUTION: This riding mower is provided by up and down-splitting a duct 26 connecting a thrower 23 with a collector bag 14, at a position in the vicinity of a steering seat, making the upper end of the upper part duct 26a as one unit with the collector bag 14, also making the lower part duct 26b as one unit with the thrower case 24 and installing an opening and closing lid 28 at the upper opening part of the lower duct 26b. The opening and closing lid 28 is made as surely closed by a spring or the like on lifting the upper duct 26a and separating from the lower part duct 26b, and on joining the upper part duct 26a with the lower part duct 26b, a pin 28 which is in one unit with a rotary shaft 28a of the opening and closing lid 28, is pressed by a handle 30a of a brim part 30 to the peripheral part of opening part of the lower end part of the upper part duct 26a and rotates the opening and closing lid 28 in a direction for opening the inside of the duct 26.
