The fixation rod (7) is, from one side, placed in the lower part (3) placed inside the head (1) of the screw (10) and, from the other side, in the lower thrust element (4) of the upper part on which the middle thrust element (5) of the upper part is seated. This thrust element (5) is pressed down by the upper thrust element (6) also fixed in the head (1) of the screw (10).
