The present invention relates to an instant tofu and porridge making device comprising: a lower main body having a pot installed inside to make food an upper main body to cover the pot and a blade and a heater placed inside the lower main body while being installed in the upper main body. More specifically, the lower main body includes an insulation case covering the pot in a state to receive the pot, and having an opened lower part while being formed in a dual structure to block heat generated from the pot. The upper main body comprises: an upper case having a grip formed in the center, having an operation part in one side of the grip, and having an insertion hole penetrating the lower part in the other side of the grip to connect to the pot a lower case to cover the pot while covering the lower part of the upper case, and combined with the insertion hole penetrated through one side and a motor axially combined with a blade to operate the blade while being fixed and installed inside the lower case. A fan is coaxially combined with the upper side of the motor, and an air vent penetrating the upper case through the lower part of the grip is formed in the upper side of the fan.
