PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water soluble food product floating matter (such as marshmallow, wafer, coat of bean-jam wafer, soft cookie including less oil content, such as finger biscuit, and thin bread which is not fermented and used for ceremonies of Christianity) which has a symbol, a pattern, a letter, or a logo mark expressed on its surface, for saving time required for acquiring the skill and required for hand work, and economic load for preparing required tools, when producing latte art.SOLUTION: A pattern such as a symbol, a pattern, a letter, or a log mark is printed on a surface of a water soluble food product floating matter (such as marshmallow, wafer, coat of bean-jam wafer, soft cookie including less oil content, such as finger biscuit, and thin bread which is not fermented and used for ceremonies of Christianity) which is molded into a flat disk-shape, or star-shape, flower-shape and others with a printer for food products using a food product coloring agent or the pattern is imprinted by laser or an imprint tool.
