PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semisolid cosmetic being smoothly applicable by heating, having good cohesion, and excellent in curl keeping performance (durability of make-up).SOLUTION: The semisolid cosmetic contains: (a) 3 to 25 mass% of powder (b) 20 to 50 mass% of a liquid oil component and (c) 10 to 30 mass% of a semisolid oil component which has the melting point of 30 to 52°C and hardness at 25°C of 0.1 to 10 N.
