The present invention relates to a stick-shaped cosmetic for moisture replenishment, said stick-shaped cosmetic comprising: 0.01-50 mass% of a volatile fluid oil component (A)； 10 mass% or more of water (B)； a wax (C) that is capable of converting the volatile fluid oil component into a gel； a silicone elastomer (D)； and a silicone surfactant (E). The cosmetic of the present invention preferably further comprises a humectant (F).
