The present invention addresses the problem of providing an allergen vaccine that treats or prevents allergic disorders while suppressing the risk of immediate allergic reaction including anaphylaxis. The inventors of the present invention found that: (1) by orally inoculating a subject having an allergic disorder with a composition including a specific antigen (allergen) and SF10, immediate allergic reaction caused by sensitization to the antigen can be suppressed； and (2) by orally inoculating a subject having no allergic disorder with a composition including a specific antigen (allergen) and SF10, sensitization to the antigen can be inhibited. These findings led to the completion of the present invention.La présente invention aborde le problème consistant à fournir un vaccin allergène qui traite ou prévient des troubles allergiques tout en supprimant le risque d'une réaction allergique immédiate, notamment une anaphylaxie.
