More precisely, the present invention relates to a PCR product cloning vector designed to be effective in use for blue/white colony selection and produced based on the restriction enzyme treatment process to generate non- complementary unpaired single overhang and a method for producing the same. According to the method of the present invention, the PCR product cloning vector designed to be advantageous for blue/white cloning selection can be produced with improved efficiency compared with the convention method.
