PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device of head vegetables capable of conveying head vegetables such as onions with different sizes, with the heights of their roots aligned.SOLUTION: The conveyance device for conveying head vegetables each having a head formation part, outer leaves, and roots, includes: a first conveyance surface for supporting the head formation part from one side in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction； a second conveyance surface disposed in parallel to the first conveyance surface and supporting the head formation part from the other side in the direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction； and an insertion section provided between the first conveyance surface and the second conveyance surface and in which roots are inserted.
