The invention relates to a device for the fluid-conveying connection of at least one application probe (2), said device comprising at least two coaxially extending application line elements (12, 22), with a supply tubing set (3), said tubing set comprising at least two parallel-extending supply line elements (13, 23), in a grip element (4) of a surgical instrument, in particular a cryosurgical instrument (1), in such a manner that, in connected state, each supply line element (12, 22) is in fluid communication with at least one associate application line element (13, 23), whereby there is provided a fluid-diverting element that is arranged or can be arranged in the grip element (4) in fluid communication with an application line connecting region (32) for the connection of the application line elements (12, 22) and with a supply line connecting region (33) for the connection of the supply line elements (13, 23), and that at least two transfer line elements (16, 26) designed as an integral part of the fluid-diverting element (6) are in fluid communication with the application line connecting region (33) via the application line connecting region (32).
