PURPOSE: An agricultural and marine product processing apparatus, and an agricultural and marine product processing method using thereof are provided to remarkably reduce the processing time, and to prevent the contamination of agricultural and marine products. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural and marine product processing apparatus comprises a multi-angle rotation drum(11) and a central axis pipe(20). The multi-angle rotation drum includes an inlet door and an outlet door on both sides of a processing chamber(12). The central axis pipe is fixed to penetrate the multi-angle rotation drum to the longitudinal direction, and includes a discharging hole(22) for discharging process water. The central axis pipe is rotated by the power of a speed reducing motor.
