The present invention provides an endoscope-used shield and an endoscope system, capable of reliably fixing a front end part of an endoscope-used air bag arranged on an insertion part of an endoscope through the endoscope-used shield and capable of achieving good endoscope observation without generation of vignetting. The endoscope-used shield (200) is assembled to a front end portion (44) of an insertion part (12) of an endoscope for use, and is used for fixing a front end port (60A) of a first air bag (60) arranged on the insertion part (12). The endoscope-used shield (200) comprises: a shield part (206) protruding from a front end face (45) of the front end portion (44) of the insertion part (12) and a cylindrical fixed part (208) which is arranged at the basal end side of the shield part (206) and is assembled on the front end portion (44) of the insertion part (12), wherein the shield part and the fixed part are formed by elastic materials, the peripheral wall of the fixed part has the constant thickness along the axial direction, and the fixed part has a diameter expanding part (210) of which the internal diameter increases towards the shield part side.
