PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bait-fish holder capable of easily, quickly, and safely attaching fishing bait.SOLUTION: A bait-fish holder (10) includes: a sinker head (20) having an eye (21) for attaching a fishing line (11) a fish hook (30) that fixes one end of a shank (31) for supporting a bait fish (60) to the sinker head (20) and having a curved part (32) curved in a prescribed direction at the other end of the shank (31) a presser part (40) that is applied to a lateral part of the bait fish (60) supported by the shank (31) of the fish hook (30) and a movable arm (50) one end of which is fixed to the sinker head (20) and the other end side of which is movable to be brought close to the presser part (40) for clamping the bait fish (60) between itself and the presser part (40), or to be separated therefrom.
