The present invention relates to a method for producing non-additive powdered soy milk using fine soybean powder and to non-additive powdered soy milk produced through the same. In particular, only good live soybeans are selected and washed. The selected and washed live soybeans are steamed at a high temperature and a high pressure while not being peeled. The soybeans are completely dried using a near-infrared ray dryer. The dried soybeans are pulverized into ultrafine particles using a mechanical pulverizing device in which an internal temperature is maintained in a cooling state. The non-additive powdered soy milk produced through the method according to the present invention is powdered soy milk which is made into ultrafine powder, so that a consumer does not experience coarseness when drinking it mixed in water. Additives are never added, and only the fine soybean powder is included, so as to be beneficial to human health. The live soybeans are not peeled but used with the skins, so that a consumer can experience a sweet taste due to the sugar content in the skins even though sugar is not separately added. The soybeans are dried using near-infrared rays, so that a separate sterilizing step is not needed and the overall process is reduced. The powdered soy milk is sealed and packed after being completely dried, so that acidification can be prevented.
