PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puddling claw having an excellent soil-crushing property, a plowing property and throwing property of straws into soil.SOLUTION: A plurality of puddling claws are attached to an outer peripheral side of a horizontal rotary shaft and rotate with the rotary shaft. The puddling claw comprises: an attachment base part attached to the rotary shaft; a vertical blade part extending from the attachment base part; a horizontal blade part which extends from the tip of the vertical blade part and is bent or curved toward one side of a rotation center shaft; a blade edge which is an end edge part of the vertical blade part and the horizontal blade part at the front side of a rotation direction; and a surface part which protrudes from at least one of the vertical blade part and the horizontal blade part at the rear side of the rotation direction and faces the rotation direction.
