The upper insert, situated opposite the free or lower end of the second part, has a rounded inner corner. Each insert has a substantially plane structure with, viewed in section along a plane perpendicular to the active edge and to the active face, a variable thickness that decreases from its front longitudinal rim forming the active edge to its rear longitudinal rim mounted in the receiving site, while forming a bevel by cooperation with the support piece.
