The device has a waste dump- collection device (2) or container encompassing a central ground elevating device (1). The collection device is drivable in a rotative manner around a vertical axis in rotary directions (11) in a vertical usage position. The elevating device is adjustable against the collection device in a step-wise manner in a vertical manner. The elevating device protrudes a lower edge of the collection device downwards in a vertical direction, where vertical distance between vertical steps corresponds to different vertical depths of a burrow to be excavated. The ground elevating device is designed in form of a conveying device. The lower edge of the collection device is designed in form of a projection unit.
