The invention relates to a sterile surgical drape comprising a cover portion (1 ) for a tracking reference array (30), wherein at least a part of the cover portion (1 ) is formed inherently stable and has a form adapted to accommodate multiple tracking markers (32) of a tracking reference array (30) for computer-assisted surgery. Further, it relates to a surgical draping system and a medical navigation method using such a drape.Linvention concerne un champ opératoire stérile comprenant une partie de couverture (1) destiné à un réseau de référence de suivi (30), au moins une portion de la partie de couverture (1) étant caractérisée par une stabilité intrinsèque et présentant une forme conçue pour recevoir de multiples marqueurs de suivi (32) dun réseau de référence de suivi (30), destiné à la chirurgie assistée par ordinateur.
