A sterile craniotomy drape and method of simultaneously draping a sterile barrier over a patient and a navigation tracker prior to performing a craniotomy procedure are provided. The sterile craniotomy drape has a flexible, sterile wall with opposite edges extending lengthwise between opposite ends. The wall is sized to substantially cover a patient lying on a patient support surface of an operating table. The wall has a cranial region adapted to be attached to the patients head and at least one opening adjacent the cranial region. A flexible, tubular sterile sleeve has an open end attached to the wall about the at least one opening. The sleeve extends away from the wall to a free end for receipt of a navigation tracker therein.La présente invention se rapporte à un champ stérile pour craniotomie et à un procédé destiné à draper simultanément une barrière stérile sur un patient et un suiveur de navigation avant d'effectuer une procédure de craniotomie. Le champ stérile pour craniotomie possède une paroi souple et stérile dotée de bords opposés s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur entre les extrémités opposées. La paroi est dimensionnée pour recouvrir sensiblement un patient couché sur une surface de support de patient d'une table d'opération. La paroi possède une région crânienne conçue pour être fixée à la tête du patient et au moins une ouverture adjacente à la région crânienne. Un manchon stérile tubulaire et souple possède une extrémité ouverte fixée à la paroi autour de la ou des ouvertures. Le manchon s'éloigne de la paroi vers une extrémité libre pour réception d'un suiveur de navigation.
