The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for preparing an essential oil/halloysite composite material to fill essential oil in halloysite in a short period of time. According to the present invention, an essential oil/halloysite composite material can be manufactured in a short period of time compared to an existing method using repeated vacuum application and decompression release or heating and cooling. The manufactured essential oil/halloysite composite material fills essential oil having mothproof and antibacterial properties in pores of halloysite having a nanotube, i.e. in the nanotube, and both ends of halloysite are capped or the surface is coated, so the filled essential oil is slowly discharged and consistency with respect to mothproof and antibacterial properties can be maximized.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 짧은 시간 내에 할로이사이트 내에 정유를 충진할 수 있도록 한 정유/할로이사이트 복합물질의 제조장치와 그 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 반복적인 진공 인가와 감압 해제 또는 가열 및 냉각을 이용한 종래의 방법과 비교하여 짧은 시간 내에 정유/할로이사이트 복합물질을 제조할 수 있다. 이렇게 제조된 정유/할로이사이트 복합물질은 나노튜브 구조를 갖는 할로이사이트의 기공 즉, 나노튜브 내부에 방충성 및 항균성을 갖는 정유를 충진하여 형성하고, 할로이사이트의 양 말단을 캡핑하거나 표면을 코팅함으로써, 충진된 정유를 서서히 방출시켜 방충 효과와 항균 효과에 대한 지속성을 극대화할 수 있다.
