PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal device that allows easily and reliably disposing of waste without fouling its body or the users hands.SOLUTION: The waste disposal device includes a pair of arms 1, 1 having working portions 1a, 1a at front ends and connected at rear ends to each other in such a manner as to freely open and close, and a biasing means 3 for biasing the pair of arms 1, 1 in their opening direction. The waste disposal device includes small bags 6, 6 removably attached to the working portions 1a, 1a, a holding means 8 for holding the small bags 6, 6 attached to the working portions 1a, 1a, and pushing members 4, 4 being slidable in a back-and-forth direction along the longitudinal direction of the arms 1, 1 and adapted for pushing and separating the small bags 6, 6 attached to the working portions 1a, 1a, when slid forward.
