PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-filled syringe which reduces trouble required for injection while realizing high safeness.SOLUTION: A needle unit 1 of the pre-filled syringe to be attached to a vial includes a nearly columnar holding member 10 of both end needles, a holder member 11 to grasp the nearly columnar holding member 10 by three columnar sections 111, a holder member 12 grasping the nearly columnar holding member 10 by three columnar sections 121 and having an attachment portion 125 to the vial. When the columnar sections 111 and 121 are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, they can be axially shrunk. Meanwhile, when the tips of the columnar sections 111 and 121 face the tips of the columnar sections of the other holder members, they cannot be axially shrunk.
