PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of three-dimensional images recomposed from multi-direction X-ray images.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional image processing device is provided with a memory part 3 to store data of a plurality of images photographed in different directions, a characteristic point designating part 5 to designate characteristic points on two selected images, an operation support part 8 to generate information for supporting operation of an operator to designate the characteristic points, a three-dimensional position computation part 9 to compute a three-dimensional position of the characteristic point based on the photographed direction of the selected image, and two-dimensional position of the designated characteristic point on the selected image.
