PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more quickly set an imaging position if it is necessary to capture an image at a required slice position in detail again while observing a plurality of slice images previously captured once.SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging apparatus includes an image display means for displaying one of multi-sliced images of a subject with a normal in an optionally selected direction a switching means for switching the one image displayed in the image display means and a three-dimensional position display means for displaying the three-dimensional position of the displayed one image as seen from two directions intersecting the optionally selected direction.
