PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pelargonidin derivative exhibiting melanin decomposition.SOLUTION: A pelargonidin derivative exhibiting melanin decomposition consists of pelargonidin, arginine, and glucose. The pelargonidin derivative decomposes melanin by an anti-oxidant action and enzyme reaction, and can remove active oxygen by inducing SOD enzyme. This production method comprises a step of carrying out protease treatment of a fermented solution obtained by adding Monascus to Orchidaceae flowers and rice bran powders and fermenting them. This can be applied in cosmetics, food formulations, and pharmaceuticals. Particularly, if it is utilized in cosmetics, excellent beautiful skin effects including skin whitening, suppleness and luster improvement, and skin elasticity are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 メラニン分解作用を呈するペラルゴニジン誘導体を提供する。【解決手段】 メラニン分解作用を呈するペラルゴニジン誘導体はペラルゴニジンとアルギニンとグルコースから構成される。ペラルゴニジン誘導体は抗酸化作用と酵素反応によりメラニンを分解する。また、ＳＯＤ酵素を誘導して活性酸素を除去できる。この製造方法は蘭花及びコメヌカ粉末にベニコウジ菌を添加して発酵させた発酵液をプロテアーゼ処理する工程からなる。これは化粧料、食品製剤、医薬品として応用される。特に、化粧料に利用した場合、皮膚の美白、ハリやツヤの改善、皮膚の弾力の優れた美肌作用がある。【選択図】 なし
