PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion composition which prevents the decreased water resistance of a formed coating caused by adding a dispersion stabilizer, such as a surfactant, and is excellent in dispersibility and dispersion stability to provide cosmetics, coatings, and inks containing the same and particularly when using the aqueous dispersion composition for cosmetics, to provide cosmetics excellent in water retention ability, adhesiveness, antiviral activity, anti-oxidant action, a feel, and a feeling of use.SOLUTION: An aqueous dispersion composition contains (a) Aphanothece sacrum polysaccharide derived from Aphanothece sacrum which is freshwater cyanobacteria, and (b) pigment powders.
