PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a projection image including two or more regions in a state of being suitable for observation, in generating the projection image including those regions.SOLUTION: A means 12 for setting regions to be displayed sets at least two regions as display objects among three-dimensional image data. A means 13 for setting display conversion condition sets a display conversion condition for each of the at least two regions set as display objects. A voxel projecting means 14 generates a projection image by conducting projection processing for voxels corresponding to the regions set as display objects among the three-dimensional image data.
