The present invention is related to a mask structure comprising a fabric wherein the fabric comprises a first fiber modified by chitosan. The chitosan contains 0.4 to 1.5 wt% of the total weight of the first fiber. The present mask structure is able to inhibit the growth of bacteria therefore can be re-used without hygiene concern.
