PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device which allows for easy replacement and reliable alignment of a discharge electrode, and to provide an air purification device.SOLUTION: In a discharge device (10), multiple electrode arrays (L), each having multiple discharge electrodes (60) arranged in the circumferential direction, are arranged in the shaft center direction (P) as separate members.
