PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device capable of detecting a deviation of a discharge place.SOLUTION: A discharge device includes: multiple discharge blocks having discharge bodies including discharge electrodes and counter electrodes and electrically arranged in parallel an ampere meter connected to at least one of the multiple discharge blocks and a detection section for detecting an abnormality on the basis of a current value observed by the ampere meter when the multiple discharge blocks perform discharging. The discharge device is allowed to have this configuration, so that a deviation of a discharge place is detected even during discharging within a predetermined current value and voltage value.
