PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent product having an absorbent body configured to prevent degradation in permeability and diffusivity of the liquid in the absorbent body which is caused by a gel blocking of a water-absorbing polymer.SOLUTION: An absorbent product 10 includes: a plurality of water-absorbing units 4 having a longitudinal base part 2 and water-absorbing polymer particles 3 and an absorbent body 1 having each of the water-absorbing units 4 with a vertical direction Y thereof being aligned in one direction. The water-absorbing polymer particles 3 are fixed on both skin-facing surface and non-skin-facing surface of the longitudinal base part 2. Before the water-absorbing polymer particles 3 absorb the liquid, the particles 3 do not exceed a side edge part 2s of the longitudinal base part 2 to overflow in a lateral direction X.
