Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formkörpers aus einem strukturviskosen Material mittels einer Ausbringvorrichtung für das strukturviskose Material. Das Verfahren weist die folgenden Schritte auf: • a) Aufbringen einer Materialschicht auf einen Trägerkörper und/ oder ein bereits aufgebrachte Materialschicht durch Führen der Ausbringeinrichtung über diesen Trägerkörper, • b) Beaufschlagen dieser aufgebrachten Materialschicht mit Ultraschall, • c) bedarfsweise Wiederholung der Schritte a) und b) zur Herstellung des gewünschten Formkörpers, • d) Aushärten des aufgebrachten Materials.The invention relates to a method for producing a shaped product which consists of a pseudoplastic material, using a dispensing device for the pseudoplastic material.
