PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for disinfecting grain seeds, capable of disinfecting the grain seeds simply in a short time and reducing effects on the environment.SOLUTION: The device for disinfecting the grain seeds is equipped with a ring burner 18 for forming a high-temperature space and grain seed-conveying means (12, 14, 16) for passing through the grain seeds in the high temperature space.
